Content determination of Forsythoside A in Yinqiaosan granules by HPLC

摘要: 目的 建立了银翘散配方颗粒中连翘酯苷A的含量测定方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Welch Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温20 ℃。 结果 连翘酯苷A进样量在0.080 3~3.211 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000)。加样回收率为103.78%,RSD为0.82%。 结论 该方法简便、准确,专一性和重复性较好,可用于银翘散配方颗粒的质量控制。Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of Forsythoside A in Yinqiaosan granules. Methods HPLC method was adopted to carry on the determination. Welch Ultimate XB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.2% Glacial acetic acid solution by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 330 nm, and the column temperature was 20 ℃. Results Forsythoside A showed a good linear relationship at the range from 0.080 3~3.211 μg (r=1.000).The average recovery rates were 103.78%, and RSD=0.82%. Conclusion The method was convenient and accurate. Meanwhile, it also has good specificity and reproducibility. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Yinqiaosan granules.
