知母皂苷及其苷元的药理作用研究进展

Advances in the pharmacological studies on timosaponins and their sapogenins

  • 摘要: 知母皂苷及其苷元是临床常用中药材知母的最主要活性成分,具有广泛的生物活性和药理作用。研究表明,知母皂苷及其苷元具有防治老年痴呆症、保护脑缺血损伤、抗凝血、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗骨质疏松、抗炎、降血压、降血糖及降血脂等药理活性。本文对知母皂苷及其苷元的上述药理作用研究进展进行综述,为进一步开发利用提供参考。

知母皂苷及其苷元的药理作用研究进展

摘要: 知母皂苷及其苷元是临床常用中药材知母的最主要活性成分,具有广泛的生物活性和药理作用。研究表明,知母皂苷及其苷元具有防治老年痴呆症、保护脑缺血损伤、抗凝血、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗骨质疏松、抗炎、降血压、降血糖及降血脂等药理活性。本文对知母皂苷及其苷元的上述药理作用研究进展进行综述,为进一步开发利用提供参考。
