摘要: 目的 对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定头孢曲松含量的测量不确定度进行评估。 方法 采用HPLC法测定头孢曲松的含量,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源。 结果 通过对各变量的分析,计算各变量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度。 结论 本方法建立的数学模型合理、可靠。Abstract: Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determination of Ceftriaxone by HPLC. Methods The content of Ceftriaxone was determined by HPLC .The mathematical model was established to analyze the source of uncertaint. Results Every component of uncertainty was evaluated through the variable parameters among the procedures . The combined standard uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of all variables. Conclusion The statistical approach of measurement uncertainty established in this paper was reasonable and reliable.
