HPLC法测定冬虫夏草胶囊中腺苷含量

摘要: 目的: 建立冬虫夏草胶囊中腺苷的含量测定方法。 方法: 色谱柱采用Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(8:92),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm;柱温为30℃,外标法测定。 结果: 腺苷浓度在0.402 4-60.36μg/ml(r=1)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为98.04%,RSD为0.63%。 结论: 本法简便可靠,可用于冬虫夏草胶囊中腺苷的质量控制。Abstract: Objective To establish a method for determination of adenosine in capsule of Chinese Caterpillar Fungus. Methods HPLC was carried out with Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);the Mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(892);the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 254 nm;the column temperature was 30 ℃;and content calculation was used external standard method. Results The concentration of adenosine in 0.402 4~60.36 μg/ml(r=1) had good linear relationship with peak area;the average recovery was 98.04%(n=6) with RSD of 0.63%. Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and can be used to quality control of adenosine in capsule of Chinese Caterpillar Fungus.
