差示分光光度法测定苯酚滴耳液中苯酚的含量
Determination of content of phenol in ear-drops by differential spectrophotometry

摘要: 目的 建立差示光谱法测定苯酚的含量,排除辅料的干扰。方法 在波长 288nm处以苯酚在水和0.1mol·L-1NaOH溶液中不同的紫外光谱,测得差示吸收值 (ΔA)为定量依据。结果平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.12%.结论 方法简单准确。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish differential spectrophotometry method for determining phenol and to eliminate interference of excipient.METHODS Determining ΔA different ultraviolet spectrum of phenol in 0.1mol·L-1NaOH and water,detection wave length 288nm.RESULTS The recovery was 99.8%,RSD=0.12%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
