  • 摘要: 缺血再灌注损伤是许多因子参与的复杂的病理生理过程,是影响肝移植、肝脏叶段切除术后肝功能的一个多因素过程。本文主要阐述肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的发病机制及药物预处理对其的防治。

摘要: 缺血再灌注损伤是许多因子参与的复杂的病理生理过程,是影响肝移植、肝脏叶段切除术后肝功能的一个多因素过程。本文主要阐述肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的发病机制及药物预处理对其的防治。
