Abstract:
Objective To introduce the development on the constituents and pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine Zan-thoxylum nitidum. Methods The correlated literature at home and abroad was reviewed. Result and Conclusion Various types of alkaloids have been isolatecd from Zanthoxylum nitidum and they are all of high content. The effective constitutes of antitumor and analgesia have been convinced. Due to the antitumor activity of the alkaloids and relaxation pain of cancer of crystal-8, Zanthoxylum nitidum has high value in the research of cancer therapy.

2004, (5): 268-270.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Astragalus membranaceus injection on congestive heart failure and immune regulation. Methods The serum levers of IgA IgG IgM C3 IL-Ⅱ E-RFC T-LTT and antibody of cardiac muscle were measured in normal control group and CHF group. Then the CHF patients were divided randomly into two groups. Treatment group was infused intravenously daily with Astragalus membranaceus injection added into 5% glucose 250mL for two weeks, which was based on conventional therapy such as digitalis, diuretics and vasodilators. Conventional therapy group was only treated with conventional thearpy. Previous measurements were done again after two weeks. Comparative analysis was made between normal control group and CHF group, and also was made between conventional therapy group and treatment group. Results The level of IL-Ⅱ E-RFC T-LTT antibody of cardiac muscle in the CHF paients were significantly higher then that of normal control group (P<0.01). After two weeks, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of CHF between two groups (P>0.05), but the obvious effective rate of treatment group was markedly higher than that of conventional therapy group(P >0.05). The decrease of IL-Ⅱ E-RFC T-LTT C3 and antibody of cardiac muscle in treatment group is more obvious than that in conventional therapy group (P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of Astragalus membranaceus injection on cogestive heart failure involves mainly the cell immune and Astragalus membranaceus may have a satisfied cure effect on it.

Abstract:
Objective To analyse the drug resistance of the stenotrophomonas maltophilia in order to guide rational drug using in clinical. Methods The automatic drug sensitive test and method that the paper spreads medicine sensitive test were carried on to 101 stems of the stenotrophomonas maltophilia with the index of the VITEK system, and drug sensitive test with long-term difficult to treat nature's stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection patient was carried once a week. Results In all clinical samples, stenotrophomonas maltophilia separated from phlegm liquid is the most (75%), then is the clear urine(10%),this fungus is nature resistance to the action of the iminepinan. The drug resistance of ampicillin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefazolin, furantoin, cefuroxime are 100%. Amika-cin, aztreonam, cefmetazole, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, gentamicin's sensitive rate are under 20%, for levofloxacin, Compound sinomin, ceftazidime,cefoperazone/sulbactam,the drug resistance is 18.92%,22.86%,13.95%,2.50% respectively. Conclusion Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is the important pathogen fungus that infects in hospital, and resistance to most of the antibiotics, Cefoperazone/sul-bactam is the first-selected medicine for it; Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is easy to produce medicament inductivity resistance to a few sensitive drugs.

2004, (5): 278-280.
Abstract:
Objective To study antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of Qiguanye pill. Methods Histamine was used to induce tracheaspasm in whole body and Guinea pig's isolated trachea test was used to observe the antiasthmatic action Of Qiguanye pill. Phenol red test was used to observe its expectorant action in mice. The cough of animal was induced by ammonia water to trachea tract. Results Qiguanye pill could obviously prolong the incubation period of asthma produced by histamine and also could markedly reduce the contraction amplitude, induced by histamine and acetylcholine of isolated trachea of Guinea pig. The contraction amplitudes were reduced. It could markedly increase excretion of phenol red in the trachial cavity of mice and could obviously reduce cough times of felines and mice. Conclusion Qiguanye pill has good antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions.
