Observation on clinical effectiveness of two program in treating with NGU

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness for two program in women with NGU. Methods 90 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was treated orally in combination with azithromycin, ofloxacin and doxycycline. The control group was treated orally with azithromycin only. The course of both groups was 14 days. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 100% and the recurrence rate was 0%, while the total effective rate of control group was 85% and the recurrence rate was 30%. Conclusion The combined treatment achieves the better curative effect than the control group in treating NGU.
