败酱草多糖的脱蛋白研究

摘要: 目的: 研究败酱草多糖的脱蛋白工艺。 方法: 采用Sevag法、三氯乙酸法、酶法对败酱草多糖进行脱蛋白研究。 结果: 酶法脱蛋白效果明显好于Sevag法,三氯乙酸法的多糖损失较多。在木瓜蛋白酶用量4%(W/V)、pH值6.0、温度55℃、酶解时间2.5 h的条件下,败酱草多糖的蛋白脱除率为51.65%,多糖损失率为7.93%。 结论: 用酶法脱蛋白效果较好。Abstract: Objective To study the technological processing of removing proteins of Herba patriniae polysaccharide. Methods Sevag,trichloroaceticacid and enzymatic hydrolysis Methods were used to remove protein from polysaccharide extract of Herba patriniae. Results The Results showed scheme of enzyme was better than others.When the polysaccharide solution was enzymatic hydrolysis for 2.5 hours in 55 ℃ water with pH 6.0 by adding 4% papain,51.65% protein of polysaccharide extract could be removed,the loss rate of polysaccharide was 7.93%. Conclusion Enzymatic hydrolysis of removing proteins was better than others.
