替硝唑注射液与3种头孢菌素的配伍稳定性考察

摘要: 目的: 考察25℃、37℃下8 h内替硝唑注射液与注射用头孢硫脒、头孢尼西、头孢他啶配伍的稳定性。 方法: 采用3种紫外分光光度法测定配伍8 h内替硝唑注射液与3种头孢菌素的含量以判断配伍稳定性。 结果: 25℃、37℃8 h内3种头孢菌素与替硝唑注射液配伍液含量几乎无改变,紫外曲线未见改变。 结论: 25℃、37℃8 h内替硝唑注射液可以与上述3种头孢菌素配伍使用。Abstract: Objective:To observe the stability of tinidazole injection mixed with cefathiamidine,cefonicid and ceftazidime injection for 8 hours on 25℃and 37℃,respectively.Methods:The contents of tinidazole injection and three cephamycins were determined by three ultraviolet spectrophotometry methods.Results:After mixed with tinidazole injection for 8 hours,the contents of the three cepha- mycins did not change on 25℃or 37℃.Conclusion:They are all stable for 8 hours on 25℃and 37℃when tinidazole injection is combined with three cephamycins.
