一阶导数分光光度法测定水飞蓟宾脂质体的包封率
Determination of the entrapment efficiency of silybin liposomes by first derivative spectrometry

摘要: 目的 :建立一种测定水飞蓟宾脂质体包封率的方法。 方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法,中间波长为 275nm和317nm,测定波长分别为274、276、316、318nm。 结果 :在0-30.3μg/mL时δ与水飞蓟宾浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,样品的回收率100.8%,RSD=0.8%(n=9)。 结论 :以一阶导数分光光度法测定水飞蓟宾脂质体的包封率切实可行。Abstract: Objective :To establish a method for the determination of the entrapment efficiency of silybin liposomes. Methods :First derivative spectrometry was established.The two middle wavelengths were 275nm and 317nm.The detection wavelengths were 274,276, 316 and 318nm,respectively. Results :The calibration curve of silybin was linear in the range of 0-30.3uuuuuuuuuuuug/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.9995.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.8% and 0.8%,respectively. Conclusion :The method is practicable.
