目的 研究金樱子Rosa Laevigata Michx.嫩叶的化学成分.方法 运用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱(Sephadex LH-20)以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种现代色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构.结果 从金樱子叶的70%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定得到12个化合物,分别为儿茶素(1)、槲皮素(2)、柚皮素(3)、山柰酚(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(6)、ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(7)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(8)、邻羟
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from leaves of Rosa Laevigata Michx.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purifieated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative RP-HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectral data together with physicochemical analysis,Results Twelve known compounds were isolated and identified as catechin(1),quercetin(2),naringenin(3),kaempferol(4),ethyl gallate(5),p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate(6),ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(7),hydroxytyrosol(8),o-hydraxybeuzoic acid(9),scopoletin(10),ethyl α-D-arabillofuranoside(11),methyl β-D-glucopyranoside(12).Conclusion Compound 11 was isolated from genus Rosa for the first time,compounds 3,5-9 were isolated from leaves of Rosa Laevigata Michx for the first time.
