Abstract:
With the increasing proportion of Candida glabrata in patients with candidiasis, C. glabrata has become one of the most common pathogenic Candida in clinical practice. There are limited types of antifungal drugs, and the consequent problem of drug resistance is severely increasing, which brings difficulties to clinical treatment. The resistance mechanisms of C. glabrata to azoles, echinocandins and polyenes were reviewed in this paper.

Abstract:
Gynecological inflammatory disease refers to female reproductive system inflammatory disease, which has a direct impact on the female conception and reproductive health. Kangfuyan capsule is a classic traditional Chinese medicine preparation of the Miao nationality, which has the functions of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and clearing away heat and dampness. It is mainly used to treat pelvic inflammation, vaginitis, and chronic cervicitis caused by the accumulation of heat and dampness. In this paper, the basic research and clinical application of the Kangfuyan capsule in gynecological inflammatory diseases were reviewed to provide a reference for the development of drug for gynecological inflammation diseases.

Abstract:
The antimicrobial peptide Epinecidin-1 is a kind of small molecule active peptides extracted from Epinephelus coioides, which serves as the first line of defense for innate immune defense system of Epinephelus coioides against various pathogens. In vitro and in vivo studies have confirmed that the antimicrobial peptide Epinecidin-1 not only exhibits broad-spectrum anti-pathogen activities (including bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites, etc.), but also has pharmacological activities such as immune regulation, anti-cancer and wound healing. In this paper, the relevant research on the antimicrobial peptide Epinecidin-1 in recent years were summarized, including its mechanism of action, pharmacological activities, potential limitations and application prospects , so as to provide information for further research.

Abstract:
Functional peptides refer to peptides that are beneficial to life activities or have special physiological activities, also known as bioactive peptides. Oyster is rich in protein and is a good material for developing bioactive peptides, which has great potential as a functional food and great application value in pharmaceutical and medical industry. With the development of modern biotechnology and medical technology, the method innovation of oyster peptide preparation, the absorptivity and biological activity of oyster peptide have been enhanced significantly, which lead to deep recognition of the biological function of oyster peptide and offer the boarder application prospect. The researches on the diversification activities of oyster peptides were summarized in this review, which provided clues and ideas for the development of the oyster peptide applications.

Abstract:
As the "star product" of Shanghai, Shanghai herbal paste has played an irreplaceable role both in the treatment of diseases and nurturing health. The concept of Shanghai regional culture, Shanghai style Chinese medicine and Shanghai herbal paste were introduced by the combination of literature search and practical experience. The historical developments of Shanghai herbal paste were summarized in order to understand Shanghai herbal paste comprehensively and provide a historical and empirical basis for the inheritance and innovation of Shanghai herbal paste.

Abstract:
  Objective  To isolate the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. J218 from Anectochilus roxburhii.   Methods  Different chromatographic methods, including Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel chromatography as well as HPLC, were used to isolate compounds from the EtOAc fraction of the solid fermentation of J218, and their structures were identified by spectral methods.   Results   Ten compounds were isolated from the fermentation of J218 and their structures were individually identified as kotanin( 1 ), flavasperone( 2 ), aurasperone B( 3 ), fonsecinone B( 4 ), fonsecinone D( 5 ), ensidol A( 6 ), fonsecinone A( 7 ), fonsecinone C( 8 ), aurasperone A( 9 ), and fonsecinone F( 10 ).   Conclusion  Most compounds isolated from endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. J218 in Anectochilus roxburhii were identified as dimeric naphthopyrones. These results suggest that this strain contains rich dimerization synthase, which could provide clues for the further exploration of the rational biosynthesis pathway of dimeric naphthopyrones in this strain.
Preparation, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of curcumin nano emulsion

Abstract:
  Objective  To explore the pharmacokinetic properties of curcumin nano emulsion and its pharmacodynamic effects on hyperlipidemia in rats.   Methods  The method for determination of curcumin was established by HPLC-MS. The pharmacokinetics characteristics of curcumin nano emulsion oral administration system were investigated. SD rats were used as model animals to establish hyperlipidemia animal models, and the pharmacodynamic effects of curcumin nano emulsion on hyperlipidemia induced by high fat diet was preliminarily investigated.   Results  The results of pharmacokinetic studies in vivo showed that the relative bioavailability of curcumin nano emulsion was 313.47% with bulk drug group as the reference preparation. The relative bioavailability of curcumin nano emulsion was 279.52 % with tablets as reference preparation. Cmax of curcumin nano emulsion group was 201.48 % of that of bulk drug group and 193.02 % of that of tablet group, and had higher MRT value (183.52 % of that of bulk drug group and 154.21 % of that of tablet group) than bulk drug group and tablet group. Pharmacodynamics research results showed that curcumin nano emulsion oral administration system could significantly reduce the levels of triglyceride and LDL-c in serum of model rats, and relieve liver lipid deposition and liver injury caused by high-fat diet in model animals.   Conclusion  The oral administration system of curcumin nano emulsion could effectively improve the bioavailability of curcumin, which has a good hypolipidemic effect. It also could control the weight gain of hyperlipidemia rats and improve the changes of liver coefficient caused by lipid metabolism disorder.

Abstract:
  Objective  To establish a quality control method for detecting impurities in chloral hydrate raw materials, improve the quality standards and control limits of raw materials.   Methods  The determination methods of chloroform and halogenated carboxylic acid in chloral hydrate were established to monitor the change of impurities in chloral hydrate through stability.   Results  The research and establishment of chloroform and halogenated carboxylic acid methods met the requirements of relevant regulations for analytical methodology verification, which could accurately detect four impurities in raw materials and preparations by one method.   Conclusion  The study provides technical support for the improvement and optimization of the quality standards of chloral hydrate and preparations. It is very necessary to implement the impurity monitoring in preparation research and production process by the chloral hydrate impurity detection and the stability comparison of this product at high temperature and light, which could largely promote the safety of medication.

Abstract:
  Objective  To establish the Good Agricultural Practice(GAP)for standard operation procedure of Shanghai Pheretima.   Methods  According to the comprehensive technical requirements of GAP standardized production of Chinese herbal medicine, the key technologies of standardized cultivation and processing were studied in Sangxin Town, Chongming District, Shanghai.   Results  The production area environment, variety characteristics, breeding technology, pest control, harvesting and processing, packaging, storage and transportation, quality monitoring and other technical links of Shanghai Pheretima were clearly defined and standardized.   Conclusion  This study provides practical basis for the standardization and modernization quality management of Shanghai Pheretima.

Abstract:
  Objective  To perform microscopic identification for the roots of Actinidia macrosperma C.F. Liang, Actinidia valvata Dunn, Actinidia arguta (Sieb. & Zucc) Planch. ex Miq., Actinidia chinensis Planch., and provide the basis for judging medicinal materials exactly.   Methods  The powder microscopic characteristics of 4 medicinal plants of Actinidia genus were observed by microscopic identification method.   Results  Taking the morphological characteristics of calcium oxalate clusters, starch granules and ducts as the main differences, a key table was compiled to identify the roots of these four medicinal plants.   Conclusion  The microscopic identification method could effectively distinguish 4 Chinese herbs of Actinidia genus, and which is worth further studying.
Curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine paste combined with Baduanjin in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture after PVP

Abstract:
  Objective  To study the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine paste combined with Baduanjin in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) after percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP).   Methods  120 OVCF patients treated with PVP in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group (60 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets orally with routine guidance. In addition to the same treatment as the control group, the observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine paste orally with Baduanjin exercise. Both groups were treated for 6 months and followed-up for 3 years. The curative effects in the two groups after 6 months treatment and the low back pain after 1, 3 and 6 months of treatment were recorded. The changes of bone mineral density (BMD), kyphosis angle (Cobb angle), anterior wall height of vertebral body (AVBH) and level of bone metabolism indexes in the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 6 months. The follow-up times and the incidences of push-back fracture after PVP during follow-up were recorded.   Results  After 6 months of treatment, the clinical cure rate of the observation group was 73.33%, which was higher than 53.33% of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with pretreatment, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) in the two groups gradually decreased after 3 and 6 months of treatment, and the observation group had a lower scores than the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months treatment, BMD and AVBH of lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The Cobb angle and serum levels of Type I procollagen degradation products (β-Cross I), the n-terminal middle osteocalcin (N-MID Ost) and parathyroid hormone (PTH) decreased in both groups, and the observation group was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in fracture incidence after PVP in the year 1, year 1 to 3 follow up between the two groups (P>0.05). During the 3 years follow-up, the incidence of push-body fracture after PVP in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than that in the control group 20.00%( P<0.05).   Conclusion  Traditional Chinese medicine paste combined with Baduanjin reduced the serum levels of β-Cross I, N-MID Ost and PTH, regulated bone metabolism, improved BMD and AVBH of lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck, reduced Cobb angle, promoted the recovery of lumbar function, alleviated patients' back pain, lowered the incidence of push-body fracture after PVP. The curative effects were remarkable.
Meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of Ilaprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets on reflux esophagitis

Abstract:
  Objective  To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ilaprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets in the treatment of RE.   Methods  The databases of CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data, PubMed, Embase, and The Cochrane Library were searched to collect all the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of Ilaprazole in the treatment of RE published before April 2021. After data extraction and quality evaluation, the RCTs meeting the inclusion criteria were performed, and the meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.4.   Results  Nine RCTs were included, with a total of 1115 patients of RE. The results of the meta-analysis showed that Ilaprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets were comparable to Esomeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets in both endoscopic efficiency (90.08% vs. 90.00%, P > 0.05) and symptom relief rates (91.79% vs. 91.23%, P > 0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (7.99% vs. 8.66%, P > 0.05).   Conclusion  Ilaprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets with lower doses were comparable to Esomeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets which showed good efficacy and safety in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
Efficacy and safety of bimekizumab in treatment of moderate/severe plaque psoriasis: a systematic review

Abstract:
  Objective  To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bimekizumab in the treatment of moderate/severe plaque psoriasis.   Methods  Literatures from Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CNKI, VIP databases from the establishment time to January of 2022 were retrieved. The Review manager 5.3 statistical software was used to systematical review.   Results  5 publications, 6 RCTs met the inclusion criteria, which involved 2308 participants. In terms of efficacy, patients in the experimental group were more than positive medicine control group in PASI 90, PASI 100, no significantly statistical difference in IGA 0 or 1 cases (P=0.05). PASI 90, PASI 100 and IGA 0 or 1 cases of patients in the experimental group were higher than that of the placebo group . In the safety evaluation, the incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group was higher than the placebo group (P=0.000 2), which was the same as the positive medicine control group (P=0.06). The experimental group was no statistical difference compared with positive medicine control and the placebo group in the incidence of serious adverse events including upper respiratory tract infection and nasopharyngitis (P>0.05). But the rate of oral candidiasis in experimental group was higher than the positive medicine control group (P<0.000 01) and the placebo group (P=0.005).   Conclusion  bimekizumab could treat moderate/severe plaque psoriasis effectively and safely, and the oral candidiasis during the treatment should be noticed.
