Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the bioequivalence assessment of theophylline sustained release capsules in healthy volunteers.METHODSA reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was est ablished for the determination of theophylline in plasma after a single oral dose of 200mg domestic theophyline sustained-release capsules and imported theophylline sustained-release capsules in a randomized crossover design. The detector was operated at UV 273nm.RESULTS The dynamic course of theophylline plasma concent rations conformed to a one-compartment open model with a 3P87 program and the main pharmacokinetic parameters after a single oral dose of 200mg domestic sustained-release capsules and imported sust ained-re-lease capsules were as folows Cmax were(5.12±0.74)mg/L and(5.14±0.63)mg/L,tmax were(5.4±1.0)h and(5.3±1.1)h,MRT were(17.79±1.48)h and(17.61±1.78)h,t1/2 were(10.55±0.75)h and(10.59±1.10)h,AUC0-36 were(85.33±10.56)mg·h/L and(86.26±8.80)mg·h/L,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The relative bioavailability of domestic theophylline sustained-release capsules is(98.9±6.4)%.The results of statistical analysis for Cmax,AUC0-36 and AUC0-∞ showed that domestic sustained-release capsules and imported sustained-release capsules were bioequivalent.

Abstract(2048) PDF (1809KB)(1700)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of lidocaine hydrochloride after alkalinzing.METHODS Lidocaine hydrochloride injection was diluted 4 kinds of concentration. Each sample was added 5% NaHCO3 with different amounts. The pH and concentration of lidocaine were determined in those special alkaline environment in different time.RESULTS The pH of 4 kinds of alkaline lidocaine were remarkably higher than before with theincrease of 5% NaHCO3.The concentration of lidocaine were remarkably increased by time. But the more 5%NaHCO3 added to,the less the concentration of lidocaine was notability. There was some needle-crystal in the solution after 24 hours.CONCLUSION The best amount of 5% NaHCO3 to add in is between 0.5ml to 2.0ml,and lidocaine hydrochloride injection couldnt put by for long time after alkalized.

2001, (3): 157-159.
Abstract(1852) PDF (944KB)(726)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective mechanism of YOL on ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) myocardium.METHODS48 male SD rats, weighting (260±30)g,were divided into 6 groups. They were normal control,I/R,classical ischemic precondition(C-IPC),sham-operated,Isosorbide dinitrate and YOL.The intracelular calcium concentration of the cardiomyocyte and hemodynamic changes were measured in all groups.RESULTS LVSP、±dp/dt in C-IPC and YOL tread with ischemia 30 min and followed by reperfusion 60 min were obviously higher in I/R(P<0.05)while LVSP、±dp/dt of C-IPC was alsodefinitely high compared with YOL(P<0.05).The intracel ular calcium concentrat ion in C-IPC and YOL were lower in I/R(P<0.05),while[Ca2+]I of YOL was increased in C-IPC (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Yix in oral Liquid(YOL)precondit ioning can protect the myocardium from I/R.The possible protective mechanism may be due to decrease calcium overload in cardiomyocyte.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of San-he-wei-yao on gastric ulcer in mice and rats. METHODS The models of gastric ulcer were induced by restraint plus water-immersion,reserpine in mice and by pylorus ligation and acetic acid in rats respectively.San-he-wei-yao was given before or after gastric ulcer induction.RESULTS San-he-wei-yao inhibited dose-dependently development of the ulcers. The ulcer size, gastricacid production and pepsin activity were signif icantly decreased by both San-he-wei-yao and cimet idine.CONCLUSION San-he-wei-yao possesses ideal effects on gastric ulcer models.

Abstract(1920) PDF (521KB)(831)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE Establish a random amplified polymorphism DNA(RAPD) method for classification of origin fungi of the traditional Chinese medicine, Hongqu. METHODS The genome DNAs of the origin fungi of Hongqu from 14 different producing areas were extracted by CTAB. Amplification products were detected by agarose gel elect rophoresis and done clustering analysis using PHYLIP3.5c.RESULTS A characteristic pattern was produced dependent on one of the 10 screened random primers and the genome amplified. The diversities of the fingerprint patterns of Monascus exist obvious by which we can distinguish easily.CONCLUSION RAPD as-say technique is a useful tool to identify of Hongqu.
