Studies on teratogenicity of cyclophosphamide in vitro
Guan Xiaoju, Wang Zhiqiao, Liao Mingyang, Wang Aiping
1998, (3): 131-135.
Abstract:
Cyclophosphamide is a commonly used antitumor and immunosuppressive drug as well as an important chemical teratogen after exposure in vivo. Methods and models in vitro were effecient in teratogenicity research. In this review, general cousiderations about activation of proteratogen, methods of administation and testing in vitro are introduced. Furthermore, it can be useful for other teratogens studies.
Determination of amlodipine in serum by HPLC
Xi Ronggang, Wang Xiaobo, Xing Shanmin, Jin Zhujie
1998, (3): 135-137.
Abstract:
A rapid specific and sensitive HPLC menthod for the determination of amlodipine in serum was developed, using a stainless steel column (ods-5s, 150×4.0mm) with nifedipine as internal standard. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-KH2PO4 buffer(0.03mol/L), flow rate 1ml/min. Wavelength of the detector was set at 300nm. The linear correlattion was observed within the range of 4-12μg/ml(r=0.9992) and detect limitation at 4ng. The mean recoveries of the method were 100.24±5.4O% (intra-day)and 99.87±6.23% (inter-day).

The clinical observation of paracematol nasal drops antipyretic effect on the fever children
Zhao Yanyan, Li Jianheng
1998, (3): 141-142.
Abstract:
The paper observation paracetamol nasal drops antipyretic effect on 400 fever children. The study was Paracematol tablet as contrast group. The total efficiency of the test group and the contrast group is 94% and 88% respectively. The high efficiency (Temperature begins to reduce in 30min of the use of the medicine) is separately 73% and 3%, showing the very obvious difference (P< 0.01) and indicating that the nasal drops has a more instant antipyretic effect than the tablet and their curative effect has no obvious difference.

Isolation and identification of the polysaccharide of Acorus gramincus Soland
Hong Yongfu, Guo Xuemin, Sun Lianna, Lu Zhanguo, Lin Jinming, Zhao Changwen
1998, (3): 149-151.
Abstract:
The polysaccharide of Acorus gramineus has been isolated by water extraction from its rhizome. The polysaccharide of A.gramineus was composed of D-glucoses. It's average molecular weight was 3151. 6 which was determined by solidifying point drop method and the polysaccharide content of A. gramineus was 12.22% determined by Phenol-H2SO4 method.

The preparation of ciprofloxacin eye drops
Wang Fang, Li Li, Xie Huatong, Liu Ge
1998, (3): 155-157.
Abstract:
To satisfy the clinical needs of ophthalmologist and expand the preparations of ciprofloxacin, two diffent pH eye ha were prepared according to the physi-chemical character of ciprofloxacin. By the acelerated test and random-crossed test, the stabilities and stimulation of the two preparations were examined. The results showed that the two preparations had no stimulation to eyes of rabits and the anticipate efective time were 2.3 years and 5.8 years separately. One of the preparations could be selected and used for clinical experiment.
Study of determination method of dissolution of tosufloxacin tosylate capsules
Yuan Guoping, Zhu Baowan
1998, (3): 157-159.
Abstract:
A basket method was employed for determination of dissolution Of tosufloxacin tosylate capsules with hydrochloride acid solution (0.1mol/L) as medium. Calculated the dissolution of tesufloxacin tosylate, taking 738 as the value of A(1%, 1cm) that it was determinated by this test. This method was simple and accurate. The average recovery was 100.2%, RSD=0.45% (n=8).

Simultaneous determination of three components in compound resorcin alcoholic solution by convolution spectrometry
Jin Wenxiang, Yang Junlin, Jin Cuiying, Zhu Zhengyu
1998, (3): 172-174.
Abstract:
convolution spectrometry is employed to simultaneously determine resorcin, phenoli, salicylic acid without any preseperation, satisfactory results are obtained. The average recovery and relative standard deviation are 100.41%, 100.22%, 100.15 %, 1.04%, 1.75%, 1.50% respectively.

Retrospective analysis of antibiotics use in our hospital
Pu Jinhui, Tang Jingbo
1998, (3): 176-179.
Abstract:
158 discharged in-patient records from Jan to Jun.1997 were randomly sampled, of which 122 cases used antibiotics were studied. There were 68 patients (55.7%) used antibiotics inappropriately; 81 cases used it for prevention, 35 cases for treatment, 6 cases for both.7 cases developed hospital-acquired infection.42 cases used only 1 antibiotics, 32 cases used 2 antibiotics,48 cases used more than 2 antibiotics, the top were 7 antibiotics.122 patients involved in 196 therapeutic courses (TC) and 2007 days of 45 kinds antibiotics used totally, 111 TC used only 1 antibiotics, 59 TC used 2 antibiotics at the same time, 26 cases used more than 2 antibiotics simultaneously, the top were 6 antibiotics' combination, the average days per TC and per case for antibiotics use were 10.2 and 16.5 respectively.we discussed the relationship between antibiotics abuse and hospital-acquired infection, and the problems involved in antibiotics use for prevention, and provided a few suggestions for rational use of antibiotics.

Evaluation for utilization of the agents of nervous system in the hospitals of Beijing in 1995-1996
Li Yuzhen, Wang Pei
1998, (3): 181-187.
Abstract:
This paper reviewed the agents of nervous system used in the hospitals of Beijing during the period in 1995-1996. It analysed the outer of the sum of money, the frequency of use, increase of charge for medicine and the relation between the level of the drug use and the reimbursement list of Beijing. We hope it can provide the valuable reference for the rational use of nervous system drugs on clinic and for the pharmaceutical development, production and sale.
