The clinical observation of paracematol nasal drops antipyretic effect on the fever children

  • The paper observation paracetamol nasal drops antipyretic effect on 400 fever children. The study was Paracematol tablet as contrast group. The total efficiency of the test group and the contrast group is 94% and 88% respectively. The high efficiency (Temperature begins to reduce in 30min of the use of the medicine) is separately 73% and 3%, showing the very obvious difference (P< 0.01) and indicating that the nasal drops has a more instant antipyretic effect than the tablet and their curative effect has no obvious difference.
