Abstract
Objective To analysis the medication errors and provide prevention methods. Methods The reason of concrete medication error examples in our hospital were analyzed. The policies to prevent medication errors were put forward. Results and conclusion The flaws of personality elements and manage systems lead to the medication errors. The control policies of culture the staff nature, strengthen management and perfect the medication error should be raised to improve reasonable drug use and the whole hospital pharmaceuticals care.
