摘要: 目的 建立注射用头孢曲松钠的含量测定方法。方法 以水、乙醇为混合溶剂,用旋光法测定注射用头孢曲松钠的含量。结果 平均回收率99.94%,RSD=0.47%,线性范围5～25mg/ml。结论 本法简便、快速、准确,适于该制剂的含量测定。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate method for the determination of ceftriaxone sodiurm for injection.METHODS To determinate the content of ceftriaxone sodium for injection by polarimeter.RESULTS The recovery was 99.94%.The relative standard deviation was 0.47%.The linear range was 5～25mg/ml.CONCLUSION The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable as assay of the preparation.
