Abstract(2158) PDF (732KB)(1021)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) against rat pulmonary dysfunction induced by ischaemia-reperfusion of lower extremities.METHODS Male Spague-Dawley rats were randomised into three group. The operated and G-CSF group underwent laparotomy and clamping of the infrarenal abdominal aorta for 120min followed by 120min of reperfusion; The sham-operated group underwent laparot-my for 240min only; The G-CSF group was pretreated with G-CSF 20μg/kg through iv and the other given 1ml saline each.A Ⅱ groups reeived Evan's blue dye 30mg/kg iv, preoperatively. Concentrations of lung malonyldiaclehyde (MDA) and Evan's blue blye were measured as marker of lung injury. RESZJLTS Lung MDA level of G-CSF group was(1.71±0.34)nmol/mg;Sham-operated group was(1.73±0.65)nmol/mg,both significantly lower than that of operated group(2.54±0.39)nmol/mg. Even's blue dye concentration was significantly higher in operated group(3.07±1.18)μg/mg than in G-CSF group(1.50±0.29)μg/mg and sham-operated group(0.13±0.07)μg/mg. CONCLUSIGN G-CSF has therapeutic efficacy against pulmonary dysfunction which was induced by ischaemia-reperfusion of lower extremitates in rats.

2001, (1): 16-18,64.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the cytotoxic effect in vitro and antitumor effect in vivo of Hypericum chinense.METHODS MTT and SRB assay method in vitro and antitumor test in vivo were used.RESULTS The extracts F003、F004、F006 and the compounds hyperlacton C, quercetin, quercitrin show cytotoxic effect on different carcinoma cell in vitro; Under the dose of 20.0mg/(kg·d) × 10d, the inhibitory rates of F003、F004、F005 on S180 in mice were 20.7%、12.4%、31.4 %.CONCLUSION Hypericum chinense show cytotoxic effect in vitro and antitumor effect in viva and should he studied further.

Abstract(1781) PDF (916KB)(840)
Abstract:
OBJACTIVE To study the prescription, preparation and quality control of clemastine fumarate emulsion.METHODS The emulsion was prepared by o/w method.Clemastine fumarate was determined by spectrometry method at wavelength of 406nm.RESULTS The process was simple and praotica ale, the quality control was reliable.CONCLSION The emulsion is suitable not only for small amount of preparation in hospital lmt also for large batch of production in pharmaceutical industry.
The comparison of dissolution rates of diclofenac sodium slow-released capsules

2001, (1): 21-22.
Abstract(1825) PDF (916KB)(578)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To compare the dissolution rates of diclofenac(DCF) sodium slow-released capsules.METHODS According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1995) dissolution method I,the dissolution rates of DCF slow-released capsules made by lbur factories were meaaured. The correlation of paramctcrs(T50, Td, m)obtained from these samples was analysed. RESULTS The dissolution rates of DCF slow-released capsules from various domestic factories were remarkaly different(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS The dissolution rates of per lot preparation is measured for controlling quality.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study resersed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride (Ber) in You Sai Qing suppository.METHODS Ber was chromatographed on a shim pack CLG-ODS column with a mobile phase consisting of H3PO4 (0.01mol/L):MeOH(AR)(65:35).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the monitoring wavelength is 279nm. RESULTS The calhration curve was linear in the range of 3~100μg/ml.The recovery was 99.4%,RSD was 1.49%.CONCLUSION The methed is simple, accurate and relief and Can be used to determine the Ber.
