Abstract(2449) PDF (579KB)(1366)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of fluconazole in treating the fungal infection after reanl transplantation. METHODS 33 patients with fungal infection after renal transplantation (M 27,F6;ages 39s10a) were given fluconazole 200mg,vein drop, bid, from 7 to 10 days. When their clinical signs were alleviate, the dosage of fluconazole was decreased to 100mg,po,bid from 15 to 20 days for supporting treatment. RESULTS The clinical efficacy rate was 99.90%,the time and period of treatment was also satisfied. The adverse reaction of fluconazole was very little. CONCLUSION Fluconazole were effective drugs for treating the fungal infection after renal translpantation.

Abstract(2071) PDF (815KB)(633)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the dose effects on pharmacokinetics of m-Nif. METHODS 15 rabbits were divided into 3 groups receiving iv m-Ni f 05,1,and 2 mg/kg Plasma levels of m-Nif were determined with HPLC method. RESULTS The concentration-time data were fitted with 2-compartment model. The parameters were after iv l mg/kg:Vd=0.37L/kg,Tα/2=6.4min,Tβ/2=84.1min,AUC=94.1mg·min/L,CL=0.65L/(kg·h).No statistically significant diference was found in C1 and Tβ/2 between 3 dose groups.AUC (standardized to body weight)was correlated with doses. CONCLUSION m-Nif was distributed widely and eliminated at a fairly rapid rate in the rabbits. No dose-dependent pharmacokinetics was found after iv m-Nif 0.52mg/kg.
Researching development of flurbiprofen on pharmaceutics
1999, (2): 97-101.
Abstract(2897) PDF (837KB)(979)
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE The new dosageform(such as controlled and sustained release system, transdermal therapeutic product, solid dispersion, liposome, and cyclodextrin)of flurbiprofen were summarized. CONCLUSION Flurbiprofen is a new non-steroid anti-inflammation drugs which has strong anti-inflammation and antalgic function, but it has low bioavailability, and may bring gastric side effect.Preparing controlled and sustained release product can overcome it disadvantage, and play its good therapeutic function.

1999, (2): 111-113.
Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To determine cinnabar and gypsum in taohua san with atomic absorption spectrometer. METHODS The sample was destroied by pressure tank and moist heat method. RESULTS The average reclamation rates were (99.8±20)% and (99.6±22)% respectively. CONCLUSION The method had high sensitivity, good reappearance.
