  • To analyze the more specific and stricter requirements of the public for hospital pharmacists under new healthcare reform. The gap between the current situation and realistic requirements of hospital pharmacists was discussed. In addition, a way was suggested to improve the occupational qualities of hospital pharmacists, so that the social requirements for pharmacists could be fulfilled.
