Application of the teaching sssistants system in organic chemistry teaching

  • Teaching assistant (TA) mode had been broadly applied in the educational process in the university of western countries. The author had joined the TA program in organic chemistry course in USA. How to manage teaching assistants mode to improving the quality of teach in three parts were introduced. The teaching assistant mode should be extended to the education in China.

Abstract: Teaching assistant (TA) mode had been broadly applied in the educational process in the university of western countries. The author had joined the TA program in organic chemistry course in USA. How to manage teaching assistants mode to improving the quality of teach in three parts were introduced.
