Abstract: Objective :To analyze chemical constituents of Sini decoction by rapid-resolution liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry(RRLC-TOF/MS). Methods : IThe separation was performed on a SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 reverse phase column(50 mm×2.0 mm,2 μm).The mobile phase consisted of water containing 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile was used as gradient elute.The flow rate was 0.25 mL/min.Time-of-flight mass spectrometer(TOF/MS) was applied for qualitative analysis under positive ion mode. Results :Under optimized LC/MS condition,thirty-four of the major chemical constituents of Sini decoction were identified by RRLC-TOF/MS.All of the constituents were surveyed and classified according to their medicinal materials derivation. Conclusion :A rapid and efficient method for studying the chemical constituents of Sini decoction by RRLC-TOF/MS was established.
