  • Nanostructured lipid carrier,which could enhance the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs,was a kind of promisingoral delivery systems for insoluble drugs.The preparation,characterization, drug release in vitro and the mechanism of NLC for enhancing the bioavailability of poorly soluble were reviewed in this paper.

Abstract: Nanostructured lipid carrier,which could enhance the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs,was a kind of promisingoral delivery systems for insoluble drugs.The preparation,characterization, drug release in vitro and the mechanism of NLC for enhancing the bioavailability of poorly soluble were reviewed in this paper.
