  • OBJECTIVE To study the effect on rabbit dermatophytosis infect model caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes of turmeric volatile oil lotion. METHODS The rabbit dermatophytosis caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes were used as infect model,and bifonazole as control group,the pharmacodynamics experiment of turmerit volatile oil lotion were carried out. RESULTS The turnieric volatile oil lotion had effect on the dermatophytosis infection caused by trichophytion mentagrophytes,and there was not significance compared with the control group. The total effective rate was 87.5%.CONCLUSION The turmeric volatile oil lotion has good curative effect against the epiphyte on the safe side and can be used in clinical study.
