Determination of the psoralen and iospsoralen in Gubenkechuan tablets by CGC method

  • OBJECTIVE To establish capillary gas chromatography(CGC) method for quantitative analysis of the effective components (psoralen and iospsoralen) in Gubenkechuan tablets which extracted by ultrasound method.METHODS The psoralen and iaopsoralen were extracted by ultrasound method,the CGC method is used to separate and determine them using HP-5 capilary column,detected with FID and with two-point method using anthracene as internal standard.RESULTS The psoralen and iospsoralen were separated fuly by the CGC method CONCLUSION The CGC method is a simple and reliable method in the quality control of Gubenkechuan tablets.
