Assay of oleanolic acid in Aralia dasyphylla Miq

  • UV spectrophotometry is used to detect dynamic assay of oleanolic acid in root cortex, stem bark and leaf of Aralia dasyphylla Miq., which reveals the dynamic accumulation priciple of oleanolic acid in the plant, and shows that the species is a high content oleanolic acid resource plant.
