Abstract
To estab1ish a HPLC method for determining methadone hydrochloride and methadone hydrochloride oral solution.Using a Symmetry-C18 Chlumn,a mixture of acetoni trile-monobasic potassium phosphate(pH2.5)(38:62,V/V)as mobile phase and detected at 220nm bupivacaine hydrochloride was used as internal standard.The average recovery was 100.17%.The RSD for the inter inter and intra-day were all less than 1%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
