  • This paper reported the quanitative determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the absorbable gelatin tape by UV-spectrophotometry. The results showed that this method is simple,accurate and reproducible. The standard curve is linear in the concentration range of 1～10 μg/ml and correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The average recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)are 100.27%and 0.42%,respectively.
