  • The article reported ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for quantitative determination of Danazol in suppository. In this method the average recovery and RSD is 99.8%and 0.62%,respectively. The result indicated that ultraviolet spectrophotometry can apply to quantitative determination of Danazol in suppository.
