UV-Spectrophotometry for quantitative determination of Norfloxacin Capsule

Abstract

The paper reported the direct determination of norfloxacin capsules by UVspectrophotometry. The result shows:This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.The calibration curve is linear in the range from 4.816μg/ml to 14.448μg/ml(r=0.9999)RSD=0.64%
