我院门急诊药房退药问题分析及对策
Analysis and countermeasure of outpatient and emergency drug return in our hospital

摘要: 目的 通过对退药原因的分析,讨论如何加强管理,减少退药行为发生,促进和谐医院的实现。 方法 对我院2009年10月至2010年7月门急诊药房220份退药申请单进行统计分析。 结果 退药原因主要有:出现不良反应、医生因素、患者拒绝用药、病情变化等。 结论 应建立严格的退药制度,规范医师用药行为,加强医患沟通,提高患者用药依从性,从而减少退药的发生,进而提高门诊药房的药品管理水平。Abstract: Objective To strengthen administration and reduce drug return through analyzing the outpatient and emergency drug return. Methods The data of 220 cases of drug return from October of 2009 to July of 2010 were analyzed statistically. Results The main reasons of drug return included adverse drug reaction(ADR), a factor of doctor, poor drug compliance of patients and disease change, etc. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of drug return ,strict system of drug return should be established for standardizing doctor's drug utilization behavior, and the communication between doctor and patient should be strengthened to improve the drug compliance of patients.
