薄层扫描法测定健肝合剂中的黄芩苷含量
Determination of baicalin in Jiangan mixture by TLCS

摘要: 目的 建立健肝合剂的质量控制标准。方法 采用双波长薄层扫描法,以醋酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(5:3:1:1)为展开剂,检测波长λs=275nm,参比波长 λR=365nm,测定该制剂中黄芩苷含量。结果 线性范围0.80～2.40μg,r=0.9990,平均回收率为97.74%,RSD=1.23%(n=5)。结论 本法准确、简便,适合该制剂中黄芩苷含量的测定。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Jiangan mixture. METHODS The content of baicalin was determined by dual-wavelength TLC-Scanning method with 275nm and 365nm as the detection and reference wavelength respectively and with the upper of EtOAc: Butatone: MeOH: H2O (5:3:1:1) as developer. RESULTS: The linear range of baicalin was 0.80～2.40ug,The average recovery was 97.74%(RSD=1.23%,n=5) with linear ralationship(r=0.9990). CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Jiangan mixture.
