Anti-arthritis effects of matrine derivative in rats

  • 摘要: 目的 研究苦参碱衍生物M19对二型胶原诱导性大鼠关节炎(CIA)的治疗作用。 方法 将60只大鼠随机分为6组,分别为空白组,模型组,吲哚美辛治疗组,M19低、中、高剂量(2.5、5、10 mg/kg)组。采用二型胶原诱导建立关节炎模型,分别对大鼠足趾肿胀和体重进行测定并对关节炎进行评分,HE染色观察大鼠关节软骨及滑膜组织病理变化,Micro-CT观察大鼠骨关节组织损伤情况。 结果 苦参碱衍生物M19各剂量组均能不同程度降低大鼠关节炎足趾肿胀程度,增加体重,抑制大鼠关节炎性细胞浸润和滑膜增生,并对骨组织具有一定的保护作用。 结论 苦参碱衍生物M19对二型胶原诱导的关节炎具有一定的治疗作用。
