Clinical application of Sugammadex

  • 摘要: 2008年Sugammadex在欧洲获准上市,用于拮抗由罗库溴铵和维库溴铵介导的神经肌肉功能阻滞,显示出较好的有效性和安全性。本文主要关注Sugammadex在常规临床实践中和紧急情况下,对于肌松药物使用所产生的影响,以及Sugammadex在特殊人群患者中的作用效果。
