  • 摘要: NALP3炎性复合体是新近发现的胞浆蛋白,主要参与免疫炎症应答反应。近年来,研究发现NALP3复合体与疾病的炎症反应相关,特别是与阿尔茨海默病密切相关。本文通过综述NALP3炎性复合体与阿尔茨海默病发生发展的相关性,为NALP3在阿尔茨海默病诊断和治疗中的应用提供理论基础及新的策略。
