Abstract(2562) PDF (2858KB)(1130)
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the advances in research on pharmacological activity of xanthones in recent years. Methods The related literature at home and abroad was collected and summarized. Results Xanthones poses versatile pharmacological activities: antimalaria action; liver protection; therapy of urgent and chronic hepatitis; antioxidation; antitubercle; antidepression; therapeutic heal illness; disease of liver and gall; hematic illness; protect the myocardium against the damages induced by ischemia-reperfusion.Conclusion Xanthones have versatile pharmacological activities, so they are the leading compounds from nature product which can developped in a wide space. However, there are still some deficiencies during the research on pharmacological activities of xanthones.

Determination of endotxin in three intravenous mixed injection by kinetic turbidimetric assay
WU Ji, SUN Yan, WANG Yun-chuan, JIAO Ling, ZHANG Li
2005, (1): 18-20.
Abstract:
Objective To approach the feasibility of replacing pyrogen test with bacterial endotoxin test (BET) by analysing the interference of balance salts containing glucose, tinidazole and glucose, ofloxacin and glucose injection to limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL).Methods The kinetic turbidimetric assay (KTA) was used to determinate the bacterial endotoxin and did an interfering test by using of the EDS-99 bacterial endoxin systems, in the same time gel-clot method was used to test and verify. Results The experiment shows the balance salts containing glucose, tinidazole and glucose injection have no interference to LAL, ofloxacin and glucose injection has no interference to LAL when is diluted four times. Conclusion The gel-clot method can be used as a daily examination to analyse balance salts containing glucose, tinidazole and glucose, ofloxacin and glucose injection.
Determination and study on content and stability of matrine in compound ma-trine capsule
DING Qing-long, YUN Hong-wei
2005, (1): 20-24.
Abstract:
Objective To determine the matrine in compound matrine capsule and to investigate the stability of matrine in compound matrine capsule, so as to establish the quality standard to control the quality of the drug. Methods The matrine was determined by thin-layer chromatography-ultraviolet pectrophotometry and classical isothermal method. Results The linear range was 1.512~7.560μg/mL.The average recovery rate was 97.29%,RSD =2.84%.The expiry date of matrine in compound matrine capsule was about 1.2 years. Conclusion; The method is simple, quick and accurate, also can be used as the quality control method for the compound matrine capsule. And the results showed that matrine in compound matrine capsule was stable.
Studys on the efficacy and safety of compound lithontripic No.1
ZHANG Hong
2005, (1): 24-27.
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the side effect of compound lithontripic No.1.Method The lithontripic efficacy of the compound lithontripic No.1 at 37℃ and the thrill to rabbits eyes were observed. The effect of lithontripic No.1 to the apparatus and hematological index were researched. The lithontripic effect on postoperative dog was also observed. Results The effect of Lithotripic No.1 is better than the positive controlled drug in vitro and in vivo. The lithontripic No.1 hadn't any thrill to rabbit's eyes and the effect on apparatus and hematological was less than the positive controlled drug. Conclusion The lithintripic No.1 is a kind of good compound in treatment of gallstone.

Prospective study on moxifloxacin in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (AECB)
MA Wei-bing, JIANG Rong-lin, MAO Wen-wei
2005, (1): 30-32.
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of moxifloxacin in patients with AECB.Methods 143 patients with AECB were divided into two groups with randomization. The first group took moxifloxacin 400mg×6 days po (per os), and the second group took clarithro-mycin 500mg×6 days po.The clinical effect, the clearance state of bacteria and the adverse reactions were observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was 93.1%,87.9% with the group of moxifloxacin and clarithromycin respectively, there was no significant difference(P<0.05), the absorptivity of infection around bronchia was 84.7%, 71.2% respectively, there was significant difference (P<0.05 ), the clearance of pathogenic bacteria in sputum was 88.9%, 72.1 % respectively, there was significant difference (P<0.05), the occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 1.4%,13.6% respectively, there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclutions:The clinical effect was almost similar between moxifloxacin and clarithromycin, while, the absorption state of infection around bronchia of moxifloxacin was better than clarithromycin, and had much higher in the clearance of pathogenic bacterium in sputum, also, moxifloxacin has better compliance and tolerance.

Utilization study and economic analysis of hypoglycemic drugs
WANG Yu-ying, GU Hao-ping
2005, (1): 38-41.
Abstract:
Objective To find out the use rationality and trend of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital these three years. Methods The utilization data of hypoglycemic drugs were collected, analysed and studied by means of their order and contrast of DDDS and sums of money. Results There are 15 kinds of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital now, the most often used drugs are α-glucosidase inhibitor, diguanides and sulfonylureas. Conclusion For most drugs used we had the result: DUI≤1, this showed that the use of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole.

ZHANG Han-qing, YU Zhuo, GAO Yuan
2005, (1): 52-55.
Abstract:
Objective To establish a convenient and speedy data-autocalculator system for orthogonal experiment. Methods After the function relations of orthogonal experiment data were analysed, data-autocalculator tables were established by the powerful function capabilities of Microsoft Excel. Results A series of data-autocalculator tables for orthogonal experiment were established.Only inputting data will bring all the results of orthogonal experiment immediately. Conclusion It is veracious, simple and rapid to calculate the boring data of orthogonal experiment by Microsoft Excel.
