Abstract:
In this paper,the background,present situation,problem and tactics of GAP(Good Agricultural Practice)of chinese materia medica were discussed.The main problems of the yielding of chinese materia medica are as followings:(1)Lack of close controlling standards and scientific detecting methods.(2)Decentralized management.low benefit and low controllability.(3)The pesticide residue and heavy metal content exceeding the provided standard.(4)Production and marketing disjointed,supervising and controlling intensity in the whole yielding process not enough.Thus,3 measures are put forward:(1)Strengthening the management of the quality of chinese materia medica,formulating strict and unitary quality controlling standards,setting up scientific checking methods.(2)Developing genuine drugs,establishing famous brands.(3)Establishing green chinese meateria medica yielding bases,to make the chinese materia medica utilization sustainable.

OBJECTIVE To prepare compound clemastine cream(COC)and to evaluate its clinical efficacy for the treatment of seasonal contact dermatitis in the face.METHODS The preparation was obtained by traditional o/w method.94 outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into active group(COC group)and control group(Kangfulire ointment group).RESULTS The healing rate and the total efficient rate were significantly higher than those of control group( p<0.01,p<0.05 ) CONCLUSION COC has reliable clinical efficacy and has little side effects,so it is one of the specific preparations for the treatment of contact dermatitis and it can be widely used in the clinics.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the hemorheological paramenters in rat with hepatic fibrosis. METHODS Hepatic fibrosis in rat was induced by CCl4 treatment. Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Hematocrit(Hct) and dynamic parameters of red blood cell(RBC) were investigated. RESULTS As compared with the normal group, the hemorheological parameters such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, Hematocrit(Hct), RBC's aggregation and rigidity were increased obviously. CONCLUSION High blood vicosity and low RBC's deformation ability can lead to blood circulation obstacle, thus will aggravate hepatic fibrosis.

OBJECTIVE To observe the antisepsis and antiinflammatory action of Xiaoyan tablet.METHODS Using physiological saline as control,the antiinflammatory effects on the oncotic extent of the ear auricle of the mouse caused by xylene and swollen toes of rat caused by rat mucllago and the antibiotic effects on staphylococcus aureus,beta hemolytic streptococcus,pneumococcus,bacillus influenzae were studied.RESULTS The inflammatory effects of taking medicine group was dramatic compared with physiological saline group(P <0.01).Its antisepsis action was equivalent to oral liquor of double coptis chinensis.CONCLUSION The antisepsis and antiinflammatory action of Xiaoyan tablet are better.

OBJECTIVE To test and verify the piping cleaning effect in infusion solution productive process.METHODS Targets of final washing water of pipe were determined.RESULTS Targets of final washing water of pipe were that electrical conductivity of entrance of pipe was equal to that of exit of pipe essentially,limitation of bacteria and endotoxin were as follows:<50CFU/ml,<0.25EU/ml.CONCLUSIONS According to the clean rules laid down by pharmaceutical Factory of Shanquan,the desired cleaning effect of the pipe of infusion solution can be achieved.

OBJECTIVE To study the main aspects of quality control of dexamethasone liposomes.METHODS The structure of liposomes was studied with negative staining method of TEM.K-ratio spectrophotometry was used to determine the content,and the Macrosep was used to seperate the entrapped from free drugs.RESULTS An excellent linear relationship was obtained with the range of 4～52μg/ml,the average recovery percent was between 98.28%～99.71%.The entrapment efficiency was one of the important parameters of liposomes quality control.It was related with the clinical effect directly,the entrapment efficiency was more than 80%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate,quick and reproducible.

OBJECTIVE To study the enhancement effect of dipentene in the transdermal absorption of tinidazole.METHODS In vitro,using side-by-side diffusion cells determines the diffusion of tinidazole across excised mouse skin to compare the enhancement effect of dipentene with Azone at different concentrations in the transdermal absorption of tinidazole.RESULTS Enhancement effects at different concentrations were following 3% dipentene>2% dipentene≈4%Azone>3% Azone.CONCLUSION It is showed that various concentrations of transdermal enhancers could promote absorption of tinidazole in different degrees and 4% Azone and 3% dipentene are the most effective.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method of quality control for Jierekangyan No.1(JRKY) oral solution by qualitatively and quantitatively determining the active substance of magnolol in the solution.METHODS Analyse magnolol qualitatively by TLC and quantitatively on ODS-C18 column with MeOH-water(70:30) as mobile phase,to determine the content of magnolol by HPLC.RESULTS The average recovery was 98.15%(RSD=2.96%).The linear concentration range of the method was 0.0148～0.148μg/ml, r =0.9996.CONCLUSION The qualitative and the quantitative methods studied are rapid,reliable and sensitive.

OBJECTIVE To apply the radial basis fuction neural network for the spectrophotometric analysis of three components combined preparation.METHODS Aminopyrine and antipyrine in Antongding injection were determined by radial basis fuction neural network UV spectrophotometry,barbitial was determined with absorbance substraction technique.RESULTS Compared with BP network,the radial basis network was better in robustness of netwrok,training time and the forcast accuracy.CONCLUSION The three components of Antongding injection can be determined accuratly by the radial basis fuction network spectrophotometry.
