Abstract:
One hundred and twenty cases with deficiency of both qi and yin were treated with Yangshengcha.The total effective rate 0f the treated group was 96.7%.In the control group of 60 cases,the total effective rate was 88.3%.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).No adverse effect and toxic effect were observed during the clinical observation.

Abstract:
A single oral dose of tablets or soft capsules of 60mg nimodipine was given to 8 healthy volunteers in a randomized crossover study.plasma levels were determined with HPLC method.The plasma concentration-time curve fitted 1-compartment open model,and 2 dose comparative Tmax,Cmax,AUC were not significantly different from that of the tablets(P>0.05).Although the sofe capsules could reach peak level faster,the bioavailability with same biological effect.

101 clarificant was used instead of water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation method in preparing Lingzhi-Huangqi Jing oral liquid.The optimum concentration and precipita tion temperature of 101 clarificant were selected using arthogonal test.101 clarificant can more effectively eliminate impurities,retain polysaccharides,amino acids etc.as compared with the origi nal method.At same time,101 clarificant can lower cost,sirnplify process and prepare high-quality oral liquid.

Abstract:
To estab1ish a HPLC method for determining methadone hydrochloride and methadone hydrochloride oral solution.Using a Symmetry-C18 Chlumn,a mixture of acetoni trile-monobasic potassium phosphate(pH2.5)(38:62,V/V)as mobile phase and detected at 220nm bupivacaine hydrochloride was used as internal standard.The average recovery was 100.17%.The RSD for the inter inter and intra-day were all less than 1%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
