  • Objective To determine the active position of Bletilla colloid and offer references to the seleciton of its active composition. Methonds The crude Bletilla colloid was extracted by 70% ethanol permeating , then the petroleum ether extract,ethyl acetate exctract ,n-butyl alcohol extract and water extract were exctracted from alcohol extract in turn by petroleum,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol extraction. The active position was determined by measuring the time of mice blood coagulation and hemorrhage. Results N-butanol extract and water extract from Bletilla colloid had hemostasis effect,ethyl acetate extract had the effect of prolonging the time of blood coagulation and hemorrhage. Conclusion N-butanol extract and water extract from Bletilla colloid was major active extracts played a part in hemostasis, ethyl acetate extract had the effect of invigoration the circulation of blood.
