The combined utilization rate of typeⅠ was 47.92%. 57.14 percent of the patients started to use antibacterial drugs on 0.5 to 2 h before operation, and the average course of antibacterial drugs utilization was 4.76 d, the longest course was 15 d. Conclusion The rate of perioperative antibacterial drugs utilization and combined utilization were higher. The medication indications were not clear and the application coures was too long which need further standardization management.
