  • Objective To promote safe,effective,economical and proper medication by prescription comment. Methods From August 2007 to October 2008,100 outpatient prescriptions were spot-checked stochastically each month in our hospital which were statistically evaluated. Results The ratio of unqualified Outpatient prescriptions is 2.5%.The ratio of irrational prescriptions is 18%. Conclusion The pharmacists carry out prescription evaluation to monitor the clinical medication tightly,which can enhance the level of clinical medication,guarantee the clinical safety of medication.Through the prescription evaluation,the pharmacists would be encouraged to grasp the professional knowledge and improve the ability of judging unreasonable medication.

Methods From August 2007 to October 2008,100 outpatient prescriptions were spot-checked stochastically each month in our hospital which were statistically evaluated.
