  • Ganoderma polysaccharides(GP) contain active substances with remarkable bioactivities such as immunoregulation,anticancer,anti-oxidant,anti-aging and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.Their recent research progress is of great significance and be paid more and more attention.The progress on extraction,isolation and purification,structural analysis and biological activity of GP were summarized and the development prospects were forecasted in this paper.

Abstract: Ganoderma polysaccharides(GP) contain active substances with remarkable bioactivities such as immunoregulation,anticancer,anti-oxidant,anti-aging and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis.Their recent research progress is of great significance and be paid more and more attention.The progress on extraction,isolation and purification,structural analysis and biological activity of GP were summarized and the development prospects were forecasted in this paper.
