  • Objective To establish an accurate method for determination of the content of oxacillin sodium for injection. Methods Oxacillin sodium for injection was determinted with as water by polarimetry. Results The standard curve was linear in the range of 1～10 mg/mL. The regression equation was: C = 0.391 314 + 5.261 50a,r = 0.9997. The average recovery rate was 102.1%,RSD
