Determination of amantadine hydrochloride syrup by acid dy colorimetry

Abstract

The method for determination of amantadine hydrochloride syrup by acid dye colorimetry was reported.Colorimetry conditions were choiced in this paper.It was not interfered by excipient and it was simple. The average recovery was 100.3%.The cofficient of varivation was 0.30%.
