Exploration of Clinical Training for the trainee from Traditional Pharmacy undergraduates

  • Objective The demands of hospital pharmacists are changing now according to the new pharmaceutical care mode. The pattern and contents of the clinical training need to be altered to adapt to the hospital working environment when the undergraduates of traditional pharmacy school enter the hospital for practice. Method According to the characteristic of hospital pharmacy, the whole practice processes were re-designed on the practice model, contents and examining method. Result A good practice system for the undergraduate trainee had been developed. Conclusion The undergraduates should be trained with some practical clinical job contents which would help them quickly be suitable in hospital.
