Studies on compliance in the treatment of depression

  • 摘要: 笔者通过查阅国内外文献,对抑郁症治疗依从性的定义、测量方法、等级划分、研究现状、影响因素、干预措施等内容进行综述。阐明抑郁症治疗依从性受多方面因素共同影响,对患者制定针对性的依从性干预计划是一种有效提高抑郁症治疗依从性的方法,同时可提高抑郁症的治疗缓解率。该综述旨在提高国内同行对抑郁症治疗依从性的关注,并为相关研究提供参考和依据。
    Abstract: The definition, evaluation methods, grade classification, research status, influence factors and intervention measures of the compliance in the treatment of depression were reviewed in this paper based on the literatures home and aboard. It was clarified that the compliance in the treatment of depression was effected jointly by several factors. Making intervention plan for patients individually could improve the anti-depressant adherence and had a greater decrease in depressive symptoms. The review was to attract more attention to the study on compliance in the treatment of depression and offer some references to the related research.
