Progress on the study of toxicologic biomarkers in digestive system

  • 摘要: 毒理学生物标志物是机体对化学物质毒性剂量暴露后的生物学变化,可特异性地反映毒性效应。对毒理学生物标志物进行全面评估,并尽快应用于临床,可以有效地减少药物研发风险。新近发现与消化系统毒理学研究有关的生物标志物有肠脂肪酸结合蛋白、二胺氧化酶、牛磺酸、山梨醇脱氢酶、羧酸酯酶-2、转化生长因子β1、组织多肽特异性抗原、再生基因蛋白Reg4、S100蛋白、血清糖蛋白YKL-40等。
