一阶导数光谱法测定烧伤Ⅱ号酊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘要: 本文采用一阶导数光谱法可不经分离直接测定烧伤Ⅱ号酊中小檗碱的含量。测定波长为361.3nm,平均回收率为99.97%,RSD为0.47%(n=5).此法具有简便、快速、准确等优点。
